Product Manager, Platform

IPXO operates the largest IPv4 leasing platform, connecting 400+ IP holders with 1,700+ lessees, primarily through self-service.

As our Product Manager, Platform, you'll own the end-to-end buying and selling experience, from a lessee's first search to an active lease, and from a holder's listing to their payout. Your key focus will be improving self-service conversion and driving platform revenue.

Working with businesses and network operators worldwide, IPXO supports more efficient IP resource management while promoting transparency and responsible use of Internet Protocol resources. • Conversion & Funnel:
  Own the entire lessee journey, from registration and verification to search, checkout, payment, and first lease. Identify drop-offs in the data, prioritize improvements, and measure results. Own the holder experience, including listings, pricing tools and recommendations, and payouts.
• Pricing & Commercial Mechanics:
  Shape how prices, commitment terms, discounts and upfront payments are presented and sold in self-serve, and what they do to revenue and churn.
• Design & Engineering:
  Work inside the design process with our UX/UI designer and researcher: Figma reviews, usability sessions, decisions grounded in user evidence. Write clear specs with acceptance criteria and edge cases; join refinement and make speed-vs-quality trade-offs explicitly.
• Customers & Growth:
  Talk to lessees and holders regularly. Partner with Marketing, Sales, AM and Support on self-service and product-led growth.

• 3+ years as a Product Manager, ideally on an e-commerce, two-sided platform or self-serve SaaS product.
• Experience owning a conversion, activation or revenue metric.
• Comfortable with product analytics and behaviour tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Hotjar or similar) for hypothesis-driven work.
• Good UX sense and experience working closely with designers in Figma.
• Clear specs and documentation; comfortable discussing feasibility and trade-offs with engineers.
• Interest in pricing and commercial mechanics.
• Structured, analytical thinking and ownership mentality.
• Fluent English.

• Two-sided platform or payments/checkout experience.
• Hosting, cloud, domain or telecom background.
• IP/networking basics (learnable here, not a filter).

• Take ownership of the end-to-end marketplace experience and drive self-service conversion and platform revenue.
